A note on hand-dyed yarn

Each skein is hand-dyed in small batches, which means no two are exactly the same. While we do our best to photograph colours as accurately as possible, there may be slight variations between skeins and screens.

We believe this is part of what makes hand-dyed yarn so special.

If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and we’ll do our best to help.

• Returns are accepted on product in its original condition, yarns must be unused and un-caked.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
