Shipping 

All orders are carefully packed and sent from our studio in Melbourne.

We offer flat rate shipping within Australia:
$12 standard postage or $15 express postage.

For our international customers, shipping is calculated at checkout for most destinations. If your country isn’t listed please get in touch and we’ll happily arrange a shipping quote for you.

For ready-to-ship items, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. During busy periods or new releases, this may take a little longer but we’ll always do our best to get your yarn on its way as soon as possible.

For pre-orders, please refer to the timeframe listed on the product page. These are dyed especially for you, so they take a little more time and care before they’re ready to be sent.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
